Logical processes operational data on behalf of your organisation: orders, warehouse activity, fleet records, and optional biometric face vectors for driver verification (M3 Fleet module).
Biometric data
When you enable Fleet & Verification, driver face photos are converted to mathematical face vectors stored securely. You are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from drivers before enrollment. Face data is used solely for identity verification at pickup and is not sold to third parties.
Data retention
Contact your tenant administrator or Logical support to request export or deletion of tenant data subject to contractual and legal retention requirements.
